Service Description

Bodyweight cardiovascular training at home. Add core training like planks, side planks and bridging intervals complete with stretching at the end. Ahhh... 30 minutes and you’re done. *Some intervals are higher impact, modifications will be given during class. Class starts with a 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down and stretch.
