Got Glutes?  Underactive Glutes?

Knowing how to activate your glutes is important for all everyday activities such as walking, hiking, biking, gardening, etc. Injuries can occur without proper exercise form. Learn from Shandra by taking one of her online Zoom classes or by setting up a personal glute appointment.

Ten signs your glutes may be inhibited:

1. Decreased hip mobility
2. Your lower back hurts
3. Knee pain
4. Locked ankles or chronic ankle sprains
5. Plantar fasciitis
6. Shoulder decreased motion or pain
7. Tight psoas muscles
8. Groin or hamstring pulls
9. Poor performance and stamina
10. Headaches
